Are the dresses brand new?

Yes. All of our dresses are brand new and custom made for you. You will be the first person to ever put on your dress once received.

 

Can I change the measurements?

Yes the size guide is just a guide! If you measure a size 10 but your bust is larger than the measurements stated just fill out the instruction box at check out and we will send you a confirmation e-mail before your order is processed.

 

Can I change the colour?

Yes. If you require a dress or the trims in a different colour just e-mail us before purchase. Once we have confirmed the colour and you are happy proceed to checkout but state your requirements in the instruction box. We will confirm this once again before proceeding with your order.

 

I've placed an order. How long will it take?

We give a guideline of 3-4 weeks but typical turn around from order to delivery is between 15-20 days.

 

Is my order safe?

Yes. All our dresses are sent with insurance and require a signature upon receipt.

 

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes. If you require your dress to be sent to address other than the billing address just state at checkout but as stated above we still require a signature upon receipt.

 

Do you have a Brochure/Catalogue?

No. We do not supply Brochures or Catalogues in paper form. Please use our site as a Catalogue. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

 

How can I pay?

You can pay with any credit or debit card securely through paypal or by cash. (we will not be held responsible for any losses when paying by cash but do suggest sending by recorded delivery for your own safety)

We cannot accept cheques at present.

 

What do I need a paypal account?

No. You do not need a paypal account in order to use this service. If you do, sign in and continue. If you don't, click on 'don't have a paypal account' and continue for a one off payment. 

 

Can I get a refund or return an item?

Yes.

We offer a full money back guarentee on faulty products.

(please note we check every order for faults before dispatch)

If you decide that you do not like the product for any reason we will be happy to give you a refund of 70% of the total cost (excluding Delivery cost). We will only process the refund once we have received and checked the goods.
